Privacy
In short: Hermès needs no account to be browsed, shows no ads and sets no cookies. Audience measurement is anonymous and cannot follow you from one day to the next.
Data controller
Salks, reachable at salks.pro@gmail.com. Full details are in the legal notice.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visiting the site | IP address, date, page, browser (host's technical logs) | Run and secure the site | Legitimate interest | Depends on the host, usually 30 days at most |

| Emailing the publisher | Email address, name, message | Answer you | Legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps | 3 years after the last exchange |
No data is sold, rented or used for profiling or advertising.
Cookie-free analytics
Statistics are computed by Olympe, the publisher's own tool, with no third party. Your IP address is never stored: together with your browser it is only used to compute a salted fingerprint that changes every day, so you cannot be recognised from one day or one site to the next. This setup is exempt from consent under the CNIL guidelines.
Recipients and transfers
Only the publisher and the host (Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages)) can access the data above. If the host is outside the European Union, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Fonts are served by the site itself: no request is made to Google Fonts or any other third party during your visit.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to salks.pro@gmail.com. You will get an answer within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
The Hermès bot
Data processed
| Data | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Server configuration (channel and role IDs, texts, colour, active modules) | To run the chosen modules. | As long as Hermès is on the server. |
| Open ticket: channel and client IDs, step, percentage, published progress notes | To move the ticket forward and keep the progress card up to date. | Until the ticket is closed, then deleted. |
| Warnings: member and moderator IDs, reason, date | Graduated moderation sanctions. | Until removed by staff or the bot leaves. |
| Pending verification: member ID, captcha code, number of tries | To verify newcomers. | Until verified or the member leaves. |
| Social feeds: platform, followed account, channel, last post seen | To announce new posts. | Until removed in the panel. |
| Panel session: your Discord ID, username and avatar, the servers you manage | To log you in to the panel. | In an encrypted cookie in your browser, 7 days at most. |
What Hermès does not keep
- Order form answers: posted in the ticket channel, never stored.
- Client reviews: posted in your reviews channel; only the fact that a review was left is kept, while the ticket is open.
- Messages: automoderation reads them in passing to apply your rules, without storing them. A sanctioned message is copied to your server’s logs channel, not to Hermès.
- Ticket transcripts: sent to your server’s logs channel, never kept by Hermès.
- Images: the welcome background is read from the link you provide and kept in memory for an hour at most.
- Your Discord token: used once when logging in to the panel, then forgotten.
Legal basis
Processing relies on the legitimate interest of running the service requested by the administrator who added Hermès to the server, and on your consent for the panel login.
Sharing
No data is sold or shared. Hermès only talks to Discord, to work, and to the feed services you configure (YouTube, RSSHub instance) to read public posts.
