A progress bar pinned in the client space. Every step you post notifies your client, no message to write.
On delivery, your client rates the project and leaves a comment, posted in your reviews channel. Your best showcase.
Every newcomer gets a DM with a captcha and stays “unverified” meanwhile. Bots stay out.
An image generated with the member’s avatar, on the background of your choice, in your welcome channel.
Spam, invites, links, banned words, mass mentions, caps. Graduated sanctions and logs.
Your new Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X or Twitch posts announced in your server, with a ping.
Coin flip, dice, 8ball, rock-paper-scissors and two-player tic-tac-toe to liven up your community.
Your colour, your team, your modules: Hermès creates its own roles, categories and channels. Two minutes, tops.

ε′Questions
Hermès is a free Discord bot for freelancers, designers, developers and creators who sell their services on Discord. It handles the whole client journey: order form, quote, private channel per client, progress bar, delivery and review, plus newcomer verification, image welcome messages, automoderation and social media feeds.
With Hermès, the client clicks “Order” and fills in a form. The bot opens a private channel (a ticket) for the order, you send the quote there, then move the progress bar: the client is notified at every step and asked for a review on delivery.
Yes. Newcomers get the “Unverified” role and a captcha by DM. Once solved, they can access the server, which blocks bots and raids.

Yes, from the panel: up to five questions (Discord’s limit), single line or paragraph, required or not.
You and the people who can manage your server, through the panel. Hermès does not store your orders’ content or reviews. The details are in the privacy policy.
Kick it from your server: all data linked to that server is deleted automatically.
Add the bot, follow the onboarding and place a test order.
